Charming apartment, recently renovated, perfect for 4 (up to 6) people, located in the middle of historical centre of Cefalu’, near the famous Norman’s Cathedral and 150 mt far from the most beautiful beach of the town. The location of this apartment is in the absolute heart of the town, right next to Corso Ruggero, where are located many shops, typical and charming restaurants, cafes, pubs, are ideal for relaxing and enjoying daily activities. The apartment is just in front of the historical King Roger II’s palace (Osterio Magno) and it is perfectly indicated for tourists who want to enjoy the life of this old fishing village, now a small town, perched between the sea and a craggy limestone promontory, land marked by a Cathedral and a maze of narrow streets. The apartment (more then 90 sqm ) is so arranged: nice and charming living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, TV sat, hi-fi, Wi-Fi Internet connection, a table with chairs providing dining for four/six people, two double bedrooms (possibility to add a cot for your baby if needed), a new and well equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, gas, oven, microwave, boiler, toaster, etc etc, dining room and two bathrooms with a shower.
There is an extra laundry room with washing machine.
The two bedrooms face on a balcony exactly in front of the “Osterio Magno”.
PARKING INFORMATION: these is no parking just in the near of the apt that is situated in a restricted traffic zone.
The closer free parking is about 200 meter far from the apt but if you want an easy alternative, at 400 meters there is a private parking that apply some discount for our guests and that will guarantee a safe, easy accessible and controlled place for your car.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay in this spacious well situated apartment. All amenities were close to hand including the shops, restaurants, Duomo and the beach. Dario was extremely helpful and accommodating, the holiday very enjoyable. We had a boat trip from Cefalu to the Aeolian Islands, stopping at Vulcano, Salina and Panarea, then circled Stromboli where the volcano was erupting. Walk up Le Rocca, stunning views. Also hired a car, drove to Tusa where we had a nice meal at Le Giare, stopped enroute at Halaesa, founded in 403BC. Favourite restaurant in Cefalu was Le Chat Noir.

Summary: We’ve had a glorious week in Cefalù. Dario is a hugely welcoming host. The apartment has charm, comfort and space. Cefalù is full of great restaurants and bars and you are right in the historic centre. Walk to sunbath on the beach or snorkel off the rocks. A climb up la Rocca must be accomplished for the views. We hired a car as it’s an hour from the airport and also drove to Segesta and Syracuse which we’d recommend. Between midnight and eight it’s quiet but otherwise the streets are noisy with town bustle so enjoy a drink in the square and get up for a super coffee and pastry. Thank you Dario and Cefalù 😍💕

Summary: We had a great stay in Dario's apartment. Dario was a perfect host and we couldn't have asked for more. Dario was very gracious and polite and kept in contact prior to and during our holiday helping us with any queries that we had. The apartment was great, it was very clean, tidy and well equipped and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The location is perfect very central and everything is on your doorstep and within easy walking distance to very nice restaurants, bars, shops and the beech - everything is so central. We had a great holiday in a beautiful apartment in a beautiful town - thank you Dario so very much and particularly a special thank you from our two Mums - being able to bring them with us meant a lot to us - you were very kind and we are very grateful - we hope to return again soon !

Summary: My wife and I spent a week in this wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Cefalu’s historic center. We loved the modern kitchen with all the new appliances and utensils. The living room-dining room area was open with lots of natural light and a great tv, stereo, sofa, and the dining table was big enough for 6 people. This is where we would plan our day and map out our trips to Palermo and Agrigento on the great WiFi . The smaller bedroom was my dressing room with 2 single beds and the master was larger with a very comfortable bed and a sofa. Both bedrooms had access to the balcony overlooking the Via Ruggero. Both bathrooms were modern with toilets, bidets, sinks, and showers with lots of hot water. There was also another dining area that sat 4 people if you had a large group. We also had access to a washer and iron and ironing board in a spare room across the hall. Our host Dario was the best. He was always prompt and courteous with suggestions and answers to questions. The apartment was spotless and very homey. We loved our apartment in Cefalù and hated to leave it. Thanks for everything Dario. Rick and Becky

Summary: It was hard finding where to park and nerve racking to be in a traffic jam not knowing what to do. We contacted Dario and in a minute he found us and helped us find parking. He was always available to answer any questions. We loved the apartment, clean, spacious and modern with even a laundry room to do our laundry. There was four of us staying together with no problem.

Summary: This was one of our best apartment stays ever. The location is amazing- central to beach, train, shopping and restaurants. We loved sitting on the little terrace at night and watching the action on the street below. The actual apartment itself is very spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Dario was an absolute pleasure... extremely responsive, friendly, great attention to detail and welcoming. We loved Cefalù and would not want to stay anywhere else but in this fantastic apartment!
